Building Energy Ratings (BER)

All property for sale or to let will have to have a Building Energy Certificate from 1st January 2009. Failure to produce a Certificate will result in you being unable to sell or rent your property.

The BER Cert is the Vendor's responsibility. Technically all persons selling should have a cert from 1st January 2009.
